Abstract

Дисертація є першим комплексним дослідженням політико-правових поглядів А. Яковліва та їх реалізації в контексті його наукової, громадської і політичної діяльності. Проведено аналіз історіографії теми дослідження, вивчено джерела, що стосуються державницької, громадсько-політичної, викладацько-наукової діяльності А. Яковліва. Охарактеризовано джерельну базу дисертації: архівні матеріали, праці А. Яковліва, праці з державно-правової тематики, в яких розглядаються політикоправові погляди А. Яковліва.The dissertation is the first comprehensive study of the political and legal views of A. Yakovliv and their implementation in the context of its scientific, social and political activities. The historiographical analysis of the research topic has been carried out, the sources concerning the state, socio-political, educational and scientific activities of A. Yakovliv has been studied. The source base of the thesis has been characterized: archive materials, the works of Yakovliv, and works of the state-legal issues that deal with the political and legal views of A. Yakovliv.
