Abstract
Основу фундаментальної мети світового розвитку складають інноваційна економіка і культура, які ґрунтуються на знаннях і спираються на продуктивні можливості людини до творення новацій в науково-технічній сфері. Постає завдання виявити нові комунікативні можливості учасників мисленнєвого процесу, які реалізуються в освітній діяльності.
The basis of the fundamental goal of world development is an innovative economy and culture based on knowledge and based on the productive capabilities of a person to create innovations in the scientific and technical field.
