Abstract

У цій статті автор розглядає Конвенцію про міжнародне стягнення аліментів на дітей та інші форми сімейного утримання, зосереджує увагу на основних положеннях Конвенції та визначає перспективи її ратифікації Україною.In this article the author researches the Hague Convention on the international recovery of child support and other forms of family maintenance and draws her attention to the main principles of the Convention as well as determines the prospects of possible ratification of the Convention by the Ukraine.
