Формування самоосвітньої компетентності майбутніх економістів у процесі професійної підготовки

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена проблемі формування самоосвітньої компетентності майбутніх економістів у процесі професійної підготовки. Виявлено, теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено педагогічні умови формування самоосвітньої компетентності майбутніх економістів у процесі професійної підготовки (створення стимулюючого і квазіпрофесійного освітнього середовища, яке формує потребу у вдосконаленні знань і вмінь, особистісно-професійному розвитку і надає можливість студентам демонструвати власні досягнення; розробка програми переорієнтації процесу професійної підготовки на застосування самоосвітніх навичок студентів на практиці шляхом інтерактивних та контекстноорієнтованих методик; використання діяльнісного підходу до процесу професійної підготовки зі застосуванням елементів методики роботи за «Планом Келлера» та впровадження спецкурсу «Самоосвітній менеджмент»).The thesis is devoted to the problem of the formation of future economists’ self-educational competence during the process of professional training. Pedagogical conditions of formation self-educational competence of future economists during the process of professional training (creating stimulating and quaziprofessional educational environment, which creates a need for improving knowledge and skills, personal and professional development and provides an opportunity for students to demonstrate their achievements; developing program of the reorientation of professional training process on the use of self-educational skills of students in practice through interactive and context-oriented methods; using active approach to the process of professional training with the help of «Keller Plan» technique and implementing special course «Self-educational management») are theoretically grounded and experimentally tested in the thesis.
