Проблемы внедрения компетентностного подхода при разработке образовательных программ в вузах РФ

Abstract

На перших етапах запровадження компетентнісного підходу в процес розробки освітніх програм в Росії виникли невідповідності між заявленим бажаним результатом і механізмами його досягнення. Запропонована стаття покликана виявити основні точки розриву між принципами, передбаченими компетентнісним підходом, та обмеженнями федеральних державних стандартів (ФДОС) РФ.From the early stages of implementation of competence-based approach in the process of educational programs development in Russia there were a lot of discrepancies between the declared outcomes and mechanisms to achieve it. This article aims to identify the main gap between the principles of the competence-based approach and the limitations of the federal state educational standards (FSES) of the Russian Federation.
