Abstract
У статті розглянуто текстотвірний потенціал метафори. Доведено, що вона є конструктивним елементом семантичного простору і формальної організації тексту, бо забезпечує зв‘язність і цілісність, посилює естетику тексту, створює діалогічність та вступає у відношення інтертекстуальності.
The Article deals with the text formation potential of the metaphor. It is proved that it is a constituent of the semantic space and a formal organization of the text because it ensures the coherence and integrity, intensifies the esthetic component of the text, creates the dialogic nature and establishes intertextual relations.
