Роль самоосвіти у професійній підготовці майбутнього вчителя

Abstract

У статті окреслено роль самоосвіти у професійній підготовці майбутнього вчителя. З’ясовано,що процес самоосвіти є найкращим засобом формування професійних здібностей майбутнього вчителя. Як бачимо, самоосвіта майбутніх учителів займає особливе місце в системі формування їхніх професійних здібностей. Цей процес має ще більше стимулювати ентузіазм педагогів до самоосвіти та постійного оновлення знань, створювати умови для розвитку педагогічних здібностей і потенціалу вчителя.The article outlines the role of self-education in the professional training of a future teacher. It was found that the process of self-education is the best means of forming the professional abilities of the future teacher. As we can see, self-education of future teachers occupies a special place in the system of formation of their professional abilities. This process should further stimulate teachers' enthusiasm for self-education and constant updating of knowledge, create conditions for the development of pedagogical abilities and teacher potential.
