Abstract

В епоху зростаючої глобалізації інтенсифікується проблематика міжнародних проєктів, які потребують міжкультурної евалюації. Зростаюча потреба в міжкультурній евалюації стимулює її використання професійними експертами в усьому світі, зокрема в університетах, дослідницьких інститутах, державних установах, школах та в економічному секторі. Цей вид евалюаційних досліджень все частіше використовується для визначення цінностей діяльності, програм і послуг сфер, що поєднують культури в різних сферах, таких як міжнародна співпраця, зовнішня торгівля, міжнародний освітній і науковий обміни, питання міжнародної безпеки, а також туризм, охорона здоров’я та страхові послуги. Однак це вимагає особливого підходу до досліджень, заснованои на оцінці спільно узгоджених критеріїв, які часто є результатом тривалих і вправних переговорів, взаємодії та діалогу представників рзномнітних культурних традицій. Це можливо в умовах рефлексії первинного розуміння взаємозв'язку індивіда та його культури, а згодом відносин між окремими культурнии системами.In the era of growing globalization, the problems of international projects that require cross-cultural evaluation are intensifying. The growing need for cross-cultural evaluation is driving its use by professional experts worldwide, particularly in universities, research institutes, government agencies, schools and the economic sector. This type of evaluation research is increasingly used to determine the values of activities, programs and services of spheres that combine cultures in various areas, such as international cooperation, foreign trade, international educational and scientific exchanges, issues of international security, as well as tourism, health care and insurance services. However, this requires a special approach to research, based on the assessment of jointly agreed criteria, which are often the result of long and skillful negotiations, interaction and dialogue between representatives of various cultural traditions. This is possible in the conditions of reflection of the primary understanding of the relationship between the individual and his culture, and later on the relations between separate cultural systems.
