Демократизація як закономірність модернізації освіти в контексті глобалізації

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена аналізу проблем та основних напрямів демократизації сучасної вищої освіти у зв’язку із входженням України до європейського освітнього простору. Досліджено, що провідну роль у системі чинників модернізації освіти відіграє такий процес, як демократизація. Проаналізовані організаційний та управлінський аспекти демократизації освіти, значення впровадження державно-громадського управління навчальним закладом освіти; розширення повноважень громадських (наглядових) рад університетів, студентського самоуправління, інших громадських організацій. Акцентовано увагу на узагальненні досвіду розвитку демократичних процесів у провідних університетах України; визначені їх політичні та моральні аспекти; доведено, що його основою є постійне підвищення культурного рівня, толерантності та самосвідомості всіх учасників навчальновиховного процесу.The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of problems and main directions of democratization of modern higher education in connection with Ukrainian’s entering into European educational space. It is investigated that the main role in the system of factors of education’ modernization plays such kind of process as democratization. It is analyzed aspects of organization and management of education’ modernization, importance of introduction of state-public management of educational establishment; development of authority of public (supervisory) universities’ boards, student’s self-management, another public organizations. It is paid attention to summing up experience of development of democratic processes in leading Ukrainian universities; it is determined their political and moral aspects; it is proved that it has to be constant increasing of cultural level, tolerance and self-consciousness of all participants of educational-upbringing process in it’s foundation.
