Ефективність професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки студентів внз технічного профілю у розвитку силових здібностей

Abstract

У роботі представлено результати практичного упровадження авторської програми професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки студентів основних медичних груп ВНЗ технічного профілю. Досліджено цілеспрямований влив корекційної професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки на стан силових здібностей студентів дослідних груп у термін фізичного виховання. Доведено низьку ефективність чинної програми професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки у забезпеченні належного стану фізичної підготовленості майбутніх фахівців технічної галузі.The article considered professionally applied physical preparation of technical universities students majoring as their focused training systems to the profession.
