Біомеханічний аналіз, як діагностичний інструментарій порушень опорно-рухового апарату в осіб зрілого віку

Abstract

У статті представлено дані, щодо біомеханічного аналізу функціонального стану опорно-рухового апарату осіб зрілого віку за допомогою методів біологічного зворотнього зв’язку з використанням електроміографії. Даний підхід поєднує анатомічні, фізіологічні та інженерні знання для оцінки рухових порушень і дозволяє своєчасно виявити патології функціонального стану опорно-рухового апарату людини та за потребою забезпечити якісну фізкультурно-спортивну реабілітацію. Мета статті – дослідження іннервації великого та середнього сідничного м’язів методикою біологічного зворотнього зв’язку в поєднанні з електроміографією в осіб зрілого віку. Перспективи подальших досліджень. Подальші наукові дослідження будуть присвячені дослідження іннервації м’язів поясу верхніх кінцівок методикою біологічного зворотнього зв’язку в поєднанні з електроміографією в осіб зрілого віку.The article presents data on the biomechanical analysis of the functional state of the musculoskeletal system of mature people using biofeedback methods using electromyography. This approach combines anatomical, physiological and engineering knowledge to assess motor disorders and allows for timely detection of pathologies of the functional state of the human musculoskeletal system and, if necessary, to provide high-quality physical education and sports rehabilitation. The purpose of the article is to study the innervation of the gluteus maximus and medius muscles using the biofeedback method in combination with electromyography in mature people. A low level of innervation of the gluteus maximus and gluteus medius muscles was found in the study in mature individuals who had previously practiced gymnastics, which may be due to a more uniform but less intense load during the training process, which has such negative consequences. Prospects for further research. Further scientific research will be devoted to the study of the innervation of the muscles of the upper limb girdle using the biofeedback method in combination with electromyography in mature people.
