Творчий розвиток майбутніх педагогів-хореографів як напрям їх професійної підготовки

Abstract

Сучасне суспільство орієнтує мистецьку освіту на формування високо кваліфікованих педагогів-хореографів, спрямованих на постійний творчий саморозвиток і самовдосконалення, реалізацію особистісного потенціалу в освітній та подальшій фаховій діяльності, у тому числі щодо спонукання своїх вихованців до креативності у процесі хореографічного навчання. У статті наведено думки закордонних і вітчизняних науковців стосовно природи людської творчості та психології творчої діяльності; уточнено сутність поняття творчості у контексті освітньої та професійної діяльності студентів-хореографів. На основі аналізу освітньо-професійних програм підготовки студентів спеціальності 024 «Хореографія» у ЗВО України обґрунтовано важливість їх творчого розвитку та визначено, що він виступає наскрізним напрямом професійної підготовки, який пронизує всі види, форми, методи та засоби теоретично-пізнавальної, художньо-інтерпретаційної та практично-виконавської діяльності.The article is devoted to the problem of creative developing of teachers of choreographic disciplines in the process of professional training. It is emphasized that modern society orients art education to the formation of highly qualified choreographer-teachers aimed at constant creative self-development and self-improvement, the realization of personal potential in educational and further professional activities, including the motivation of their pupils to creativity in the process of choreographic training. The article presents the current opinions of modern foreign and domestic scientists regarding the nature of creativity and the psychology of creative activity. The essence of the concept of creativity in the context of educational and future professional activities of students-choreographers has been clarified. The importance of creative development of teachers of choreographic disciplines on the basis of the analysis of educational and professional programs for training students of specialty 024 – "Choreography" in higher education institutions of Ukraine has been substantiated; It is determined that creative development is a cross-cutting direction of their professional training, which permeates all types, forms, methods and means of theoretical-cognitive, artistic-interpretive and practical-performing activities. It is determined that the creative development of prospective teachers of choreographic disciplines, the final result of which is the formation of their creative individuality and personal and professional self-realization by means of dance art, is carried out in the following directions: formation of competence regarding the essence of choreographic creativity and the means of its implementation; development of creative imagination, fantasy and thinking of student choreographers; formation of ideas about the creative achievements and artistic and performing heritage of domestic and world dancers, teachers and directors, figures of choreographic art; formation of their own creative style and original performing style; development of artistic abilities; mastering the basics of creative improvisation by students as a means of individual performing self-expression in choreographic art.
