Феменологчний підхід у дослідженні педагогічних здібностей

Abstract

Проаналізовано проблему забезпечення відбору абітурієнтів, які мають задатки і здібності до педагогічної діяльності. Метою статті є аналіз здібностей до педагогічної діяльності на основі феменологічного підходу та обґрунтування доцільності визначення задатків абітурієнтів до педагогічної діяльності. Здібності людини – це передовсім здібності до праці і навчання. Розглянуто взаємовідношення загальних і спеціальних здібностей, Обґрунтовано необхідність враховувати педагогічні та спеціальні здібності майбутніх педагогів професійного навчання. Важливим є визначення задатків абітурієнтів до педагогічної діяльності.The problem of ensuring the selection of entrants who have the talents and abilities for pedagogical activities is analyzed. The aim of the article is to analyze the abilities of pedagogical activity on the basis of the phenomenological approach and substantiation of the expediency of determining the inclinations of entrants to pedagogical activity. Human abilities are, first of all, the ability to work and study. The relationship between general and special abilities is considered, the necessity to take into account pedagogical and special abilities of future teachers of professional training is substantiated. It is important to determine the inclinations of entrants to pedagogical activities.
