Abstract
У статті розкрито особливості професійної підготовки фахівців у вищих навчальних
закладах. Охарактеризовано рівні теоретичної професійної освіти та практичні частини. Подано специфіку педагогічних проблем щодо професійної підготовки економістів до підприємницької діяльності. Виявлено три основних підходи до вирішення проблеми професійної підготовки
студентів та оновленні змісту освіти: інноваційний, системний, компетентнісний.
На підставі виявлених підходів у професійній освіті з теорії та практики підготовки
майбутніх економістів-підприємців, були виокремлені показники, які є важливими для нашого дослідження: мотиваційний, змістово-діяльнісний та професійно-педагогічний показники.
Features of professional preparation of specialists in higher educational establishments are revealed. Levels of theoretical and professional education and practical parts are described. The works of Ukraininan scholars in pedagogy and psycoligy were studied from the point of professional preparation of students, future economists to the entrepreneur’s activity. The specificity of pedagogical problems concerning the professional preparation of economists to entrepreneurship is given. Three basic approaches for problem solution of professional preparation of students and updating of educational content are revealed. These approaches are: innovative, systemic, competency-based. Based on approaches in professional education on theory and practice of preparing future economists and entrepreneurs, the indicators are identified. Motivational, Content and activity, professional and pedagogical indicators are studied. The author gives personal studies and their results in professional preparation of students, future enterpreneurs, when studing special course “Professional and Pedagogical Education of Enterpreneurs”. Subsequent to the results of studings the conclution about the necessity of giving interpretation of information about future speciality and specialization of economists and enterpreneurs in the context of theory and methods of professional and pedagogical education. The author proves that the final aim of studings is that a student, future economist and entrepreneur, should aware of professional preparation.
