Держава та бізнес : цільовий управлінський вплив та характер взаємодії

Abstract

В статті досліджені теоретичні питання взаємодії держави і бізнесу. Автори систематизують сфери впливу держави на бізнес, визначають основні форми їх партнерства та моделі взаємодії. Зазначено, що важливим аспектом взаємодії держави і бізнесу є їх цільові орієнтири, а їх поєднання є складним завданням практики господарювання, від вирішення якого залежить ефективність їх взаємодії. Автори статті впевнені, що проблема взаємодії влади та бізнесу в Україні є надзвичайно гострою та потребує налагодження взаємозв’язків між їх представниками на основі взаємної відповідальності з метою вирішення проблем соціально-економічного розвитку.The article deals with theoretical questions of interaction between the state and business. The authors systematize the sphere of state influence on business, determine the main forms of their partnership and models of interaction. It is noted that the important aspect of interaction between the state and business is their target benchmarks, and their combination is a complex task of business management, the solution of which depends on the effectiveness of their interaction. The authors of the article are convinced that the problem of interaction of power and business in Ukraine is extremely acute and requires the establishment of interrelations between their representatives on the basis of mutual responsibility in order to solve the problems of social and economic development.
