Abstract

Досліджується практика взаємодії влади і громадськості у справі організації Київських вищих жіночих курсів. Основна увага приділяється відношенню регіональної влади до наукової освіти дам. Виділяється досвід місцевої громади з реалізації жіночих курсів.The practice of interaction between the authorities and the public in the organization of Kiev higher female courses is researched. The main attention is paid to the relation of regional authorities to the scientific education of women. The experience of the local community on the implementation of women's courses is distinguished.
