Нова українська школа: реалії і перспективи

Abstract

У дослідженні розкривається реформа Нової української школи, де дбає про самих вчителів, а саме – про розширений спектр дії: вибір предметів; різноманітні форми навчання та роботи з дітьми, надає більше свободи дій. Керівників шкіл (як і вчителів) уже приймають на роботу за строковим контрактом. Директор школи обирається за конкурсом. Одна людина зможе бути на цій посаді не більше двох термінів по 6 років (якщо особа призначається на цю посаду вперше, перший термін складатиме 2 роки). Після цього така людина зможе обіймати інші посади в цій школі, або ж брати участь у конкурсі директорів у іншій школі.The study reveals the reform of the New Ukrainian School, which takes care of the teachers themselves, namely, the expanded spectrum of action: the choice of subjects; various forms of education and work with children, provides more freedom of action. Heads of schools (as well as teachers) are already hired under a fixed-term contract. The director of the school is elected by competition. One person can hold this position for no more than two terms of 6 years each (if a person is appointed to this position for the first time, the first term will be 2 years). After that, such a person will be able to hold other positions in this school, or participate in the competition of directors in another school.
