Мотиваційно-ціннісний компонент виконавської культури підлітків

Abstract

Висвітлено особливості мотиваційної-ціннісної сфери виконавця-співака підліткового віку. Успішність та реалізованість в процесі вокально-виконавської діяльності детермінується наявністю мотивації, потреб та інтересу. Показниками мотиваційно-ціннісного компонента визначено: прояв інтересу в процесі вокально-виконавської діяльності; прагнення вокаліста підліткового віку до постійного самовдосконалення; наявність ціннісних орієнтирів виконавської культури. Виконавська культура – це полімотивована система, яка включає в себе: мету; наявність мотивації та ціннісних орієнтирів; діяльність, яка підпорядковується потребам та інтересам вокаліста-підлітка; успішністю та реалізацію в процесі вокально-виконавської діяльності, що надихає на подальші звершення.The article highlights the concepts of motivation, needs and interests. Considering the definition of interest, attention is focused on cognitive interest, taking into account the topic of research. The difference between external and internal motives, as well as motivation, is indicated. The interpretation is given that the intrinsically motivated person gets pleasure from the process of activity itself, and the externally motivated person goes to achieve the goal, result and receive prestige or material incentives. The parameters of motivation, namely significance and assessment guidelines, are considered. The hierarchical pyramid of needs of A. Maslow is mentioned, because this information will provide an opportunity to direct the educational and performing activities of a teenager based on the specified needs. It is pointed out that theoretical studies of motivated activity took place in Antiquity, and the term motivation was first indicated in the work of A. Schopenhauer "Four Principles of Sufficient Cause". In this work, the main factors of motivated activity are considered the volitional qualities of a person and the realization of one's own desires. It is noted about the features of physical, psychological and intellectual development of students during adolescence. Theoretical studies of the motivational-value sphere of the adolescent made it possible to highlight the measure of orientation to the continuous improvement of performing abilities and the degree of formation of significance orientations by the criterion of the motivational-value component. The indicators of the motivational and significance components are: interest in musical art in the process of vocal and performing activities; the desire for constant self-improvement; assessment guidelines of performing culture. It is highlighted that the performing culture of an adolescent vocalist is a poly-motivated system that sees the presence of goals, motivation, and value guidelines; a properly built professional path to achieve results and realize abilities; emotional and volitional stability; self-actualization and self-awareness; and constant self-improvement.
