Abstract
У статті розглянуто причини та наслідки глобалізації. Останнє дає можливість визначити її напрями впливу на розвиток підприємств, а саме: поширення транснаціонального капіталу, трансфер інновацій, виникнення та розвиток глобальної конкуренції, зміна вагомості впливу держави в регулюванні підприємницької діяльності.
The article reviews the causes and consequences of globalization. Last enables to identify areas of influence on the development of enterprises: namely the spread of transnational capital, transfer of innovation, the emergence and development of global competition, changing the weight of influence of the state regulation of enterprises.
