Abstract
У статті аналізуються різні підходи до класифікації дії нормативно-правових актів у часі,
визначено найбільш ефективний критерій класифікації. Звернено увагу на необхідність
розмежування способів та принципів дії нормативно-правових актів у часі.
In the article analysis the different approaches to the classification of normative-legal acts in time, determined the most effective criterion for classification. The article draws attention to the need to distinguish between modes and principles of normative-legal acts in time.
