Abstract
Розкрито роль символів як засобів м’якого, недирективного управління
колективом організації, на прикладі освітньої установи. Обґрунтовано, що
такий керівний вплив символів опосередковується їхньою функцією передачі
смислів у згорнутій формі, та організаційною культурою закладу в цілому.
The role of symbols as means for soft, nondirective management of staff, on the example of educational institution, - is revealed. It is grounded, that such a governing influence of symbols is mediated by their function to transfer senses in closed form, and by the organizational culture of an institution as a whole.
