Abstract

Досліджується питання коронації Данила Романовича в контексті зміни візантійської владно-політичної системи на західноєвропейську. Особлива увага приділяється не лише питанням організації антимонгольської коаліції, як основної причини союзу із Заходом, а й цілому колу ментальних, ідеологічних та владно-правових питань які переслідував князь у своєму альянсі із папською курією.In this article we explore the coronation of the Daniel of Galicia, using the context of the transition from the Byzantian politycal system to the Western–European politica lsystem. We focus on not just the issues concerning the organization of the Anti–Mongolian Coalition (as a main reason behind the conjunction with the West), but we also dwell upon the mental, ideological and other governmental vectors that became a main goal in his alliance with the Roman Curia.
