Академічний етос студентів в університетському освітньому середовищі

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню комплексної структури академічного етосу в мистецькій освіті. Діяльність вчителя мистецьких дисциплін має орієнтуватися на набуття компетентнісних якостей у межах усталеної діяльності, в осягненні сутності, форми і змісту мистецтва, у розмаїтті підвидів та в міждисциплінарній взаємодії. Розв’язання поточних педагогічних проблем, що виникають у процесі роботи фахівця в певному мистецькому освітньому середовищі, значною мірою залежить від обраних методів взаємодії з учнівською молоддю, студентами. Пріоритетним пропонується розглядати фасетний підхід у мистецькій освіті у поєднанні з іншими (гуманістичним, культурологічним, мистецтвознавчим та естетико-синергетичним). Реалізація принципу є дієвою в методологічному різноманітті мистецької педагогіки, сприяє підвищенню компетентнісної орієнтації викладачів мистецьких дисциплін у суміжних галузях.The article is devoted to highlighting the leading approaches, which are considered in the aspect of the academic ethos of students in the university educational environment. Such a view is the theoretical basis for the professional training of future specialists in the field of arts education. It is noted that the system of arts education should be oriented towards the acquisition of professional qualities within the framework of established activities, as well as understanding the essence of the form and content of arts in its variety of types and their interdisciplinary interaction. The successful solution of this problem largely depends on the application of leading methodises, among which the facet approach in combination with the humanistic, cultural, art history, and aesthetic-synergetic method is a priority. Their implementation in the process of professional training of upcoming specialists in art disciplines contributes to the achievement of the main goal. Teacher training with highly qualified specialisation on arts disciplines must be oriented in related fields and is ready for academic mobility and constant professional growth and improvement. The formation of the academic ethos in university arts educational environment for students and pupil youth is the main strategic goal of reforming the educational system in order to create mechanisms for its continuous development, improving quality on the basis of preserving fundamentality and compliance with current problems of society and the state. Educational policy in many countries was limited to narrow arts pedagogical approaches that did not take into account the cultural, contextual determinants of education. The relevance and necessity of activating the academic ethos in the university arts educational environment and the aestheticization of pupil-youth life and education through culture are due to the fact that the aesthetic principle is the basis for the formation of the spiritual potential of the individual. The only promising strategic direction is to increase the cultural capacity of all humanitarian disciplines, including arts.
