Концептуальні засади та досвід здійснення децентралізації в Україні

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню концептуальних засад та аналізу процесу децентралізації, пошуку оптимальної моделі її реалізації в умовах унітарної держави. Окреслено можливі напрями та шляхи реформи системи управління, удосконалення діяльності органів самоврядування, посилення ролі громад і розширення їх повноважень.The article deals with the conceptual principles and analysis of the decentralization process, the search for an optimal model for its implementation in a unitary state. The possible directions and ways of reforming the management system, improving the activities of self-government bodies, strengthening the role of communities and their empowermentare outlined.
