ивних освітніх тенденцій. Ці трансформації висувають нові вимоги до професійних компетентностей учителів, зокрема тих, хто спеціалізується на трудовому навчанні та технологіях. У зв’язку з цим постає потреба у розробці цілісної концепції підготовки майбутніх учителів трудового навчання та технологій до розвитку професійної кар’єри, яка б відповідала викликам сучасності. Концепція, як початковий документ, визначає узгоджену систему поглядів на підготовку педагогів, забезпечуючи цілісне розуміння процесів професійного становлення. Вона базується на принципах, що слугують орієнтирами для створення стратегії педагогічної діяльності, та враховує нормативно-правову базу.
Стаття присвячена розробці авторської Концепції підготовки майбутніх учителів трудового навчання та технологій до розвитку професійної кар’єри в умовах сучасних освітніх трансформацій. Розглянуто передумови створення Концепції, що зумовлені глобалізаційними процесами, цифровізацією та реформуванням освіти в Україні. Визначено основні цілі, завдання, зміст, організаційні форми та заходи реалізації Концепції, спрямовані на формування компетентності з розвитку професійної кар’єри. Особливу увагу приділено інтеграції теоретичних знань і практичних умінь, розвитку цифрових, лідерських та управлінських навичок, а також підготовці до кар’єрного консультування учнів. Очікувані результати включають створення освітнього простору для підготовки конкурентоспроможних педагогів, здатних до професійного саморозвитку та сприяння кар’єрному самовизначенню учнів. Концепція відповідає вимогам Нової української школи та сучасного ринку праці.
Сучасні виклики, такі як становлення демократичного суспільства, розвиток економіки та ринку праці, потребують від учителів трудового навчання та технологій не лише фахових знань, а й умінь адаптуватися до змін, управляти власною кар’єрою та сприяти кар’єрному самовизначенню учнів. Запропонована Концепція підготовки майбутніх учителів трудового навчання та технологій до розвитку професійної кар’єри є цілісною системою, що поєднує теоретичну підготовку, практичний досвід і сучасні технології.
The modern world is rapidly changing under the influence of digital technologies, globalization and inclusive educational trends. These transformations put forward new requirements for the professional competencies of teachers, in particular those specializing in labor training and technologies. In this regard, there is a need to develop a holistic concept of training future teachers of labor training and technologies for professional career development, which would meet the challenges of modernity. The concept, as an initial document, defines a coherent system of views on teacher training, providing a holistic understanding of the processes of professional development. It is based on principles that serve as guidelines for creating a strategy for pedagogical activity, and takes into account the regulatory and legal framework.
The article is devoted to the development of the author's Concept of training future teachers of labor training and technologies for professional career development in the conditions of modern educational transformations. The prerequisites for the creation of the Concept, which are conditioned by globalization processes, digitalization and reform of education in Ukraine, are considered. The main goals, objectives, content, organizational forms and measures for the implementation of the Concept are determined, aimed at the formation of competence in professional career development. Special attention is paid to the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the development of digital, leadership and management skills, as well as preparation for career counseling of students. The expected results include the creation of an educational space for the training of competitive teachers capable of professional self-development and promotion of career self-determination of students. The Concept meets the requirements of the New Ukrainian School and the modern labor market.
Modern challenges, such as the formation of a democratic society, the development of the economy and the labor market, require teachers of labor training and technologies not only professional knowledge, but also the ability to adapt to changes, manage their own careers and promote career self-determination of students. The proposed Concept of training future teachers of labor training and technologies for professional career development is a holistic system that combines theoretical training, practical experience and modern technologies.
