Професійне самовдосконалення викладачів гуманітарних спеціальностей вищих навчальних закладів : експериментальне дослідження мотивів і цінностей

Abstract

У статті розкривається технологія професійного самовдосконалення викладачів гуманітарних спеціальностей, висвітлено специфіку, структуру, напрямки та етапи представленої технології. Проаналізовано мотиваційно-стимулювальний напрямок технології професійного самовдосконалення викладачів вищої школи, що базується на створенні індивідуального простору самовдосконалення, організації креативної, спрямованої на саморозвиток діяльності викладача вищої школи, насиченні змісту дисциплін у вищій школі концепціями професійного самовдосконалення.The principle motives and values of the professional self-development of the Ukrainian high school teachers of humanitarian specialties are revealed on the basis of the results of the ascertaining stage of the psycho-pedagogical experiment in the article. The teachers` motivation to personal and professional self-improvement is disclosed. It is found out that professional self-cultivation of Humanities` teacher is the process of achieving the pedagogical and professional heights on the conscious of axiological basis, which depends on the value orientations, personal meaning, self-evaluation, motivational and strong-willed personality components, formed need to self-development.
