Abstract
У статті розкрито значення ресурсного підходу в управлінні освітнім закладом. Автор визначив місію управлінських структур, принципи функціональності, конкретного цілепокладання, об’єднаного розподілу праці. Згідно з ресурсним підходом вказано механізми забезпечення раціональності діяльності управлінських структур в освітньому закладі.
In the article the author reveals the importance of resource management approach in educational establishment. Also the author has defined principles of functionality, specific goal-setting, joint division of labor as mission of governance structures. According to the resource approach it was stated specified the mechanisms of ensuring the rational activity of managerial structures in schools.
