Abstract
The film "Roman Holiday" (1953) is one of the best in the world film industry, which allows the students to learn not only English but also to study the culture of the past. The authors present a marvel of architecture, the Pantheon, which was built in 128 AD, which became a Christian church. Romans were great builders and they had advanced architectural knowledge. Pantheon built during their era is an architectural marvel. The history of construction, design and interior of the temple of the gods are described. The ancient tradition of "rain" of rose petals falling from the oculus presented.
Фільм "Римські канікули" (1953) є одним із найкращих у світовій кіноіндустрії, дозволяє вивчати не тільки англійську мову, а й долучатися до культури минулого. Автори представляють чудо архітектури Пантеон, який був побудований у 128 році н.е., який став християнським храмом. Описано історію будівництва, дизайн та інтер’єр храма богів. Згадано давню традицію «дощу» з пелюстків троянд, які падають з окуліса на П'ятидесятницю.
Фільм "Римські канікули" (1953) є одним із найкращих у світовій кіноіндустрії, дозволяє вивчати не тільки англійську мову, а й долучатися до культури минулого. Автори представляють чудо архітектури Пантеон, який був побудований у 128 році н.е., який став християнським храмом. Описано історію будівництва, дизайн та інтер’єр храма богів.
