Становлення конкурентоздатного психолога у позааудиторній діяльності закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано погляди вчених на зміст та співвідношення понять «конкуренція» і «конкурентоздатний фахівець»; розкрито сутність та структуру особистості психолога як конкурентоздатного фахівця. Особливу увагу приділено специфіці внутрішньої та зовнішньої мотивації конкурентоздатного психолога, опису когнітивної, рефлексивної та операціональної складових пізнавальної сфери особистості конкурентоздатного практичного психолога. Висвітлено сутність позааудиторній діяльності, охарактеризовано форми такої діяльності на факультеті педагогіки і психології НПУ імені М. П.
