Державно-правові погляди А. І. Волошина

Abstract

Дисертація є першим комплексним дослідженням державно-правових поглядів А. Волошина та їх реалізації в контексті його громадсько-політичної та державотворчої діяльності. На основі вивчення життєвого шляху А. Волошина висвітлено періоди його становлення як культурно-національного та громадського діяча в тісному зв’язку з освітньою, науково-публіцистичною, політико-правовою діяльністю, з’ясовано його внесок у розвиток громадянського суспільства та становлення державності на Закарпатті. Висвітлено державотворчу і законотворчу діяльність А. Волошина, її вплив на формування української правової думки. Проаналізовано значення його ідейно-політичних й правових надбань для розбудови Української держави в контексті європейської правової традиції.The dissertation is the first comprehensive study of A. Voloshyn’s state and legal views and their implementation in the context of public figure’s socio-political and state formation activities. Based on A. Voloshyn’s life course, author covered the periods of his formation as a national, cultural and social public figure in close connection with educational, scientific, publicistic, political and legal activities and defined his contribution to the development of civil society and formation of statehood in Transcarpathia. Author covered A. Voloshyn’s state formation and legislative activities and its impact on the formation of Ukrainian legal thought. Author elucidated the value of his ideological, political and legal achievements for the development of the Ukrainian state in the context of European legal tradition.
