Abstract
У статтi на основi аналiзу наукових джерел показана роль культури в процесах iновацiйного розвитку шкiльноi освiтньоi системи i видiлено системоформуючi фактори. Розвиток людських якостей, формування нового образу професiйноi дiяльностi вчителя преставленi автором в якостi результату даного пiдходу.
