Система сучасної соціальної роботи з дітьми з інвалідністю: традиції та інновації

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз поняття «соціальна робота» з дітьми з інвалідністю. Проаналізовано проблеми соціальної інтеграції дітей з особливими потребами. Обґрунтовано систему сучасної соціальної роботи з дітьми з інвалідністю в аспекті традицій та інновацій. Теоретичну та методологічну основу статті становлять роботи вітчизняних та закордонних учених, присвячені питанням традицій та інновацій у системі сучасної соціальної роботи з дітьми з інвалідністю. Встановлено, що серед інновацій в організації соціальної роботи з дітьми з інвалідністю є інтегровані центри денного перебування. Розкрито модель інтегрованого центру денного перебування для дітей з інвалідністю, яка спрямована на виконання вимог державних нормативно-правових документів та на розроблення інноваційні технологій соціальної роботи з дітьми з інвалідністю. Розглянуто новітні інноваційні технології соціальної роботи, під якими розуміють створення таких умов, які дозволять дітям з інвалідністю набути навичок соціальної мобільності в майбутньому, отримати більший доступ до освітніх можливостей, сформувати нові соціальні зв’язки. Важливим аспектом проведення соціальної роботи з дітьми з інвалідністю на сучасному етапі вважаємо інклюзію, що передбачає інтеграцію дітей у загальноосвітній простір незалежно від стану здоров’я та рівня розвитку. Однією із сучасних інновацій у соціальній роботі також є включення елементів інклюзії у вигляді впровадження проєкту «інклюзивного балу». Метою проєкту «інклюзивного балу» стає сприяння фізичному і духовному вихованню, соціалізація, реабілітація дітей з інвалідністю підліткового віку засобами танцю. Незважаючи на систематичні та цілеспрямовані наукові пошуки в галузі дослідження системи сучасної соціальної роботи з дітьми з інвалідністю, окремі аспекти цього явища досі залишаються маловивченими науковцями в галузі соціальної роботи. У зв’язку із цим аналіз системи сучасної соціальної роботи з дітьми з інвалідністю в аспекті традицій та інновацій нині є релевантними і значущими.The article analyzes the concept of «social work» with children with disabilities. Problems of social integration of children with special needs are analyzed. The system of modern social work with children with disabilities in the aspect of traditions and innovations is substantiated. The theoretical and methodological basis of the article are the works of domestic and foreign scientists on issues of tradition and innovation in the system of modern social work with children with disabilities. It is established that among the innovations in the organization of social work with children with disabilities are integrated day care centers. The model of the integrated day care center for children with disabilities is revealed, which is aimed at fulfilling the requirements of state normative-legal documents and at developing innovative technologies of social work with children with disabilities. The newest innovative technologies of social work are considered, which means the creation of such conditions that will allow children with disabilities to acquire skills of social mobility in the future, gain greater access to educational opportunities, to form new social ties. An important aspect of social work with children with disabilities at the present stage is inclusion, which involves the integration of children into the general education space, regardless of health status and level of development. One of the modern innovations in social work is also the inclusion of elements of inclusion in the form of the implementation of the project «inclusive ball». The aim of the «inclusive ball» project is to promote physical and spiritual education, socialization, rehabilitation of children with adolescent disabilities through dance. Despite systematic and purposeful scientific research in the field of research of the modern social work system with children with disabilities, some aspects of this phenomenon still remain insufficiently studied by scientists in the field of social work. Therefore, the analysis of the system of modern social work with children with disabilities in terms of traditions and innovations is currently relevant and meaningful.
