Abstract
В статье рассматриваются проблемы русской художественной антропонимики. Определяется своеобразие авторской антропонимизации в русской литературе XIX в., в частности романах Ф. М. Достоевского, И. С. Тургенева и Л. Н. Толстого. Описываются семантические, этимологические и функциональные особенности художественных антропонимов персонажей в романах данных писателей.
The article is devoted to the problems of Russian artistic anthroponymy. The originality of the author’s anthroponymization in Russian literature of the 19th century, in particular in the novels of F. M. Dostoevsky, I. S. Turgenev and L. N. Tolstoy, is investigated. The semantic, etymological and functional features of the artistic anthroponyms of the characters in the novels of these writers are described. An artistic anthroponym as a means of nominating a character is a simple and effective way of representing and characterizing it. An analysis of the anthroponyms of the novels of these writers indicates that they carefully selected names for their heroes in order to convey the main information about their characters. Thanks to this selection of names, patronymics and surnames, it is possible from the very first lines of a work to determine the main character traits, position in society, and other of its heroes. Despite the fact that in the complex of character names one of the onyms is the leading one, in a detailed analysis of the anthroponyms of these novels, a certain model of artistic anthroponymization of the author is established, which, as a rule, has the following logical structure : name + patronymic + surname = integral characteristic of the character’s personality. The analysis of anthroponyms allows us to better understand not only the architectonics and plot of the novels, but also the multifaceted nature of the author’s anthroponymicon in the literature of the 19th century.
У статті розглядаються проблеми російської художньої антропоніміки. Визначається своєрідність авторської антропонімізації в російській літературі XIX ст., зокрема романах Ф. М. Достоєвського, І. С. Тургенєва та Л. М. Толстого. Описуються семантичні, етимологічні та функційні особливості художніх антропонімів персонажів у романах даних письменників.
