Abstract
У праці розкрито погляди професора В. І. Бошка на зміст та юридичну природу
суверенітету держави. Проаналізовано його ідеї щодо теорій “обмеженого суверенітету”, “заперечення суверенітету”, “суверенітету федерації”. Досліджено думки вченого про внутрішній та зовнішній суверенітет радянської України та його правові гарантії
It was revealed the views of Professor V. Boshko about the content and legal nature of state sovereignty. Also it was analyzed his ideas about the theories of “limited sovereignty”, “denial of sovereignty”, “the sovereignty of the federation”. It was also reviewed the scientist`s views about internal and external sovereignty of Soviet Ukraine and its legal safeguards
