Освітнє середовище університету як чинник формування інноваційно спрямованої особистості фахівця соціальної сфери

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано зміст поняття «освітнє середовище». Висвітлено структурно-змістовні й процесуальні особливості функціонування університетського освітнього середовища. Представлено різні класифікаційні моделі створення освітнього середовища навчальних закладів. Визначено історичні передумови та охарактеризовані фактори інноваційного впливу на створення освітнього середовища університету. Обґрунтовано значення освітнього середовища університету як чинника формування інноваційно спрямованої особистості. Розкрито функції освітнього середовища університету, в якому здійснюється підготовка соціальних працівників.The educational environment of the university as a factor in the formation of the innovative orientation of a specialist in the social sphere.The content of the concept "educational environment" is analyzed in the article. The historical prerequisites are determined and the factors of innovative influence on the creation of the educational environment of the university are characterized.The importance of the educational environment of the university as a factor in the formation of the innovative orientation of the individual is substantiated.The functions of the educational environment of the university, in which social workers are trained, are revealed.
