Посилення практичної складової змісту підготовки майбутніх офіцерів у ВЗВО для ведення бойових дій

Abstract

Підготовка майбутніх офіцерів та військових фахівців є ключовим завданням системи вищої освіти в Україні. Враховуючи поточні виклики, пов’язані з військовими конфліктами, необхідно постійно адаптувати освітні програми для ефективної підготовки кадрів, здатних діяти в умовах стрімкої зміни бойового середовища. Сучасні бойові дії вимагають від військових не лише ґрунтовних теоретичних знань, а й високого рівня практичних навичок, зокрема в умовах гібридних загроз, кібербезпеки, використання безпілотних літальних апаратів (БПЛА) та управлінських систем. В змісті статті розглядаються актуальні проблеми та перспективи вдосконалення процесу підготовки військових спеціалістів, акцентується увага на інтеграції теоретичних знань і практичних навичок. Зміст дослідження охоплює аналіз наукових робіт щодо методики підготовки офіцерів в умовах постійної зміни військового середовища. Досліджено ефективність використання інноваційних технологій, таких як віртуальні тренажери, симулятори бойових дій, безпілотники, а також застосування інтерактивних методів навчання, які дозволяють створювати умови, наближені до реальних бойових ситуацій. Приділено увагу методам моделювання бойових ситуацій з використанням сучасних цифрових платформ для командного управління на тактичному рівні. Ключовими тенденціями, виявленими в дослідженні, є інтеграція теорії та практики, застосування новітніх технологій та симуляцій, а також постійне оновлення змісту навчальних програм у відповідь на зміну бойових умов і технологічних тенденцій.The training of new officers and military guards plays a crucial role in addressing the key tasks of Ukraine's defense system. Today’s combat operations heavily rely not only on solid theoretical foundations but also on advanced practical skills, especially in the context of hybrid threats, cybersecurity challenges, and the rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and management systems. This article delves into the pressing issues and future prospects of training military specialists, emphasizing the importance of integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application. The research methodology includes an analytical review of existing scientific works and current training methods for officers in a dynamically changing military environment. A significant focus is placed on the effectiveness of innovative technologies, such as virtual and combat simulators, drones, and interactive training systems, which enhance situational awareness and provide realistic combat scenarios. Furthermore, the study highlights the role of digital platforms for command and control, exploring their capacity to simulate complex combat situations and decision-making processes.
