Abstract
Розглянуто історичні умови виникнення прав і свобод та їх закріплення в нормативних
актах різних держав, наведено основні філософські вчення щодо прав людини, проаналізовано
діяльність ООН та ЮНЕСКО щодо забезпечення прав і свобод людини в сучасному світі.
We consider the historical conditions for the occurrence of the rights and freedoms enshrined in their laws and regulations of different countries, considered some thoughts off philosophies on the formation of the term human rights, analyzes the work of the United Nations Organization (UNO) and The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to ensure the rights and freedoms of the individual.
