Підготовка спортсменів поясників з використанням сенсорних аналізаторів

Abstract

В статті наведені данні щодо підготовки спортсменів в боротьбі на поясах з використанням сенсорних аналізаторів. Покращення контролю технічної підготовки спортсменів поясників з урахуванням впливу стресових факторів і значень психорегуляторних показників.Приведены данные относительно подготовки спортсменов в борьбе на поясах с использованием сенсорных анализаторов. Приведены результаты по улучшению контроля технической подготовки борцов на поясах с учётом действия стрессовых факторов и значений психорегуляторных показателей.The data of the belt wrestling athletes training with using of sensory analyzers. The results of training monitoring are to improve technical training of belt wrestlers with the action of stress factors and values of psychical adjusting indicators. To improve control of technical training belt wrestling athletes for the effects of stress factors and values of psychical adjusting parameters were as follows: - psychical adjusting; - consider the literature data that the control of wrestlers technical training; - analyze existing methods and use the system in the preparation of athletes in combat zones under conditions in Ukraine; - identify effective methods to combat belts, determine the phase structure and temporal characteristics of performance techniques; - to examine the impact of stressors in the preparation of belts wrestlers; - set psychical adjusting indicators and their impact on the effectiveness of the techniques.
