Abstract
Тема наукової статті торкнулася аналізу впливу світоглядної складової на науково-пізнавальну активність викладачів Наддніпрянських університетів упродовж досліджуваного історичного періоду. Зауважено, що суттєвий відбиток на світоглядно-особистісному рівні тогочасних викладачів мала ціла низка соціально-інституційних перетворень (зокрема, поступова втрата державною владою всеосяжного контролю над суспільством, жорстка цензурна політика у сфері видавничої справи, необхідність реформування системи вищої освіти з урахуванням принципів західно-академічної автономії). Підкреслено, що актуалізацію феноменологічного розвитку підсилював цілісний спектр таких внутрішньо-академічних традицій, як: оперування викладачами авторитетними працями західних учених; «культивація» національних ідей та просвітницьких проєктів; удосконалення рівня педагогічної майстерності; високий рівень соціальної відповідальності інтелігенції перед народом; організація та реалізація позааудиторних проєктів пізнавально-просвітницького характеру; міжнародні наукові відрядження та ін. Зазначено, що упродовж визначеного історичного періоду на рівні науково-педагогічних кіл спостерігалася певна конфронтація світоглядних позицій щодо моделі своєї соціальної ролі, зокрема: переважаючо-стриманої (без проявів протидії діючому режиму) та критично-домінуючої (з активною участю у реалізації супротиву діючому політичному порядку). Підкреслено, що упродовж досліджуваного історичного періоду науково-пізнавальна активність викладачів спрямовувалася на: підвищення рівня власного інтелектуального роз-витку; утвердження на особистісному рівні непоборного прагнення до самовдосконалення; об’єднання просвітницько-інтелігентних ініціатив у напрямку реалізації спільних соціально-центрованих проєктів; формування автономного академічного мікросередовища. Шляхом унаочнення репрезентовано структуру світоглядної неоднозначності викладачів Наддніпрянщини (зокрема, у складі таких компонент як когнітивна, емоційна, моральна, ідеологічна та поведінкова) на тлі політичних питань, що віддзеркалювалися у їх науково-пізнавальній активності. Підсумовано, що вплив світоглядної складової на траєкторію науково-пізнавальної активності викладачів віддзеркалювався у їх: систематичній апеляції до напрацювань відомих учених; написанні власних наукових та методичних праць; особистісній участі у проєктах наукового перекладу профільно-галузевої літератури; систематичній підготовці до проведення занять у ході самостійно-наукового пошуку.
Article’s topic was the issue of identifying the influence of the worldview component on the scientific and cognitive activities of teachers at Dnieper universities during the studied historical period. It has been noted that several factors had a significant impact on the worldview and personal level of the teachers of that time: the gradual decline in comprehensive influence by state authorities, the need for reform in the higher education system, and the high level of social responsibility among the intelligentsia. It has been emphasized that the following factors had a significant impact on the research: operating with authoritative works of Western scientists; «cultivation» of national ideas and educational projects; improving the level of pedagogical skill; organization and participation in extracurricular projects of a cognitive and educational nature; and international scientific trips. It has been noted that during a certain historical period, in the worldview component of the scientific and cognitive activity of teachers, a certain confrontation of ideals was observed – rational-balanced (without manifestations of resistance to the current regime) and critical-dominant (with active participation in the implementation of resistance to the current political order). It has been listed that the scientific and cognitive activity of teachers during the studied period was actualized by a high level of intellectual development and an irresistible desire for self-improvement and self-development; the unity of the domestic scientific and pedagogical community in the direction of implementing joint industry projects; and the formation of a holistic academic and social microenvironment. Through visualization, the component structure of the worldview ambiguity among teachers in the Dnieper region, in relation to political issues, has been presented, as reflected in their scientific and cognitive activities. The essential content of each component (in particular, cognitive, emotional, moral, ideological, and behavioral) is characterized. It has been summarized that the affirmation of the worldview component in the scientific and cognitive activities of teachers occurred due to their systematic appeal to the works of renowned scientists, personal participation in projects for the scientific translation of specialized literature, and systematic preparation for conducting classes in the context of independent scientific research.
