Abstract
У статті досліджуються шляхи корекції та профілактики короткозорості у студентів першого курсу вищих навчальних закладів засобами фізичного виховання. Мета - розробити ефективну методику використання спеціальних фізичних вправ для профілактики та корекції короткозорості студентів першого курсу (17-18 років) вищих навчальних закладів. Об’єкт дослідження – шляхи покращення функцій зорового аналізатора у школярів із короткозорістю. Предмет дослідження – фізичні вправи, що покращують функції зорового аналізатора із міопією початкового ступеня у студентів першого курсу. Результат: розкрито основні напрями корекції та профілактики короткозорості спеціальними фізичними вправами; розроблено методику комплексного використання спеціальних фізичних вправ, що спрямовані на різнобічне вдосконалення зорового аналізатора досліджуваних.
This paper investigates the ways of correction and prevention of myopia among first-year students of higher educational institutions through physical education. The purpose is to develop an effective methodology for utilizing special physical exercises to prevent and correct myopia in first-year students aged 17-18. The object of the study is to enhance the functions of the visual analyzer in students with myopia, while the subject is the physical exercises that improve visual analyzer functions in first-year students with initial-degree myopia. Results show that the main directions of correction and prevention of myopia through special physical exercises have been identified. Additionally, a method involving the comprehensive use of special physical exercises aimed at improving the visual analyzer of the subjects has been developed. This study indicates the importance of incorporating physical exercises into the routine of first-year students to counteract myopia. By focusing on exercises specifically designed to enhance visual analyzer functions, students can potentially prevent the progression of myopia. Furthermore, this research underscores the significance of early intervention in addressing myopia among young adults entering higher education institutions. Implementing these findings could lead to a significant reduction in myopia cases among first-year students, contributing to their overall well-being and academic success. It emphasizes the importance of integrating physical activities into educational programs to promote eye health and prevent vision-related issues. Furthermore, the methodology developed in this study provides a structured approach to integrating physical exercises into the educational curriculum of first-year students. This approach includes a variety of exercises targeting different aspects of visual function, such as focusing, eye tracking, and coordination. By incorporating these exercises into daily routines, students can engage in proactive measures to maintain their visual health. This proactive approach not only addresses existing myopia but also serves as a preventive measure against its development. Overall, the research highlights the role of physical education in promoting not just physical fitness but also overall health and well-being, including visual health.
