Формування готовності майбутніх фахівців фізичного виховання та спорту до впровадження технології спортивного менеджменту

Abstract

За результатами проведеного дослідження введено до наукового обігу поняття "готовність майбутніх вихованців фізичного виховання та спорту до впровадження технології спортивного менеджменту" та розвинуто поняття "технологія спортивного менеджменту". Розроблено структурну модель формування даної готовності, визначено його зміст, форми та методи. Визначено критерії та рівні готовності майбутніх фахівців фізичного виховання та спорту до впровадження технології спортивного менеджменту.Dissertation is devoted to the problem of forming of preparedness of future specialists of physical education and sport to introduction of technology of sporting management. As a result of research “preparedness of future specialists of physical education and sport is entered in the scientific turn of the concept to introduction of technology of sporting management” and a concept is specified “sporting management”, “technology of sporting management”. The structural model of forming of readiness of future specialists of physical education and sport is developed in higher educational establishments to introduction of technology of sporting management. Certainly maintenance, forms and methods of forming of preparedness of specialists of physical education and sport to introduction of technology of sporting management. Criteria and levels of readiness of future specialists of physical education and sport are developed to introduction of technology of sporting management.
