Особливості рухової активності дітей молодшого шкільного віку в позаурочних заняттях

Abstract

У статті розкриті особливості рухової активності дітей молодшого шкільного віку та надані результати досліджень рівня рухової активності дітей молодшого шкільного віку в позаурочних заняттях.In the article the features of motor activity of primary school age. We investigated the level of physical activity outside of school. Insufficient physical activity is a serious threat not only to the health of children, but also shaping the future of the body and its harmonious development. It inevitably contributes to the decline of their physical and mental performance. The number of young people of Ukraine, who have deviations in health status is growing every year. Among the main factors for this growth is physical inactivity. Certain experts believe that the reason for the declining interest of children in physical culture is the overloaded curriculum, as well as the abundance of various gadgets, desire of children to computer games, and virtual life. Therefore, to solve this problem requires the efforts of all teaching staff and parents to promote children's interest and habits to independently engage in physical culture and sports not only in school time but also outside of school. Recently, however, there have been positive developments in the methodology of independent work in the classroom for physical education, particularly in expanding the types of individual exercises and assignments for the benefit of those who are not only trained skills, but also develop cognitive activity, which consequently has a positive impact on their health.
