Інтермодальна комодифікація професійної освіти: пошук нових стратегій розвитку в епоху цифрових трансформацій

Abstract

У статті розглянуто актуальність теми інтермодальної комодифікації в контексті пошуку нових стратегій розвитку професійної освіти. Зазначено основні завдання, мета й об'єкти наукового дослідження. Проаналізовано вплив інтермодальної комодифікації як нової стратегії на зміст і методи навчання у системі професійної освіти, визначено нові тренди і сучасні виклики, що постають перед ЗВО України. Вказано значення інтермодальної комодифікації для професійної освіти в умовах сучасних цифрових трансформацій. На сьогодні професійна освіта активно набуває особливої значущості, адже забезпечує підготовку висококваліфікованих кадрів, здатних до адаптації в умовах динамічних змін і нових викликів. З огляду на це, цифровізація професійної освіти вважається ключовим фактором підвищення якості освітнього процесу та його відповідності потребам ринку праці, що передбачає формування високого рівня цифрової грамотності як у здобувачів освіти, так і у викладачів. Нині під час фахової підготовки майбутніх фахівців професійної освіти значущості набуває метасуб'єктні результати освітньої діяльності, які охоплюють формування особистісних якостей, фаховість, усвідомлення цінності освіти, а також культивування внутрішньої мотивації та відповідальності. Зважаючи на це, цілеспрямоване використання хмарних технологій є одним із перспективних інструментів виконання поставлених освітніх завдань, що сприятимуть формуванню необхідних компетентностей у студентів. Доведено, що перспективною є подальша комбінація традиційних і цифрових методик із акцентом на персоналізацію й адаптивне навчання, оскільки це дасть змогу створити високоіндивідуалізовані траєкторії розвитку для кожного здобувача освіти. Інтермодальна комодифікація професійної освіти за допомогою цифрових технологій відкриває нові можливості для якісної зміни формату освітнього процесу.The article considers the relevance of the topic of intermodal commodification in the context of the search for new strategies for the development of vocational education. The main tasks, goal and objects of scientific research are indicated. The impact of intermodal commodification as a new strategy on the content and methods of training in the vocational education system is analyzed, new trends and modern challenges facing higher education institutions of Ukraine are identified. The significance of intermodal commodification for vocational education in the context of modern digital transformations is indicated. Today, vocational education is actively gaining special significance, as it provides training of highly qualified personnel capable of adapting to dynamic changes and new challenges. In view of this, the digitalization of vocational education is considered a key factor in improving the quality of the educational process and its compliance with the needs of the labor market, which involves the formation of a high level of digital literacy among both students and teachers. Currently, during the professional training of future specialists in vocational education, metasubjective results of educational activities are gaining importance, which include the formation of personal qualities, professionalism, awareness of the value of education, as well as the cultivation of internal motivation and responsibility. In view of this, the targeted use of cloud technologies is one of the promising tools for fulfilling the educational tasks set, which will contribute to the formation of the necessary competencies in students. It has been proven that the further combination of traditional and digital methods with an emphasis on personalization and adaptive learning is promising, since this will allow creating highly individualized development trajectories for each student. Intermodal commodification of vocational education using digital technologies opens up new opportunities for a qualitative change in the format of the educational process.
