Особливості розробки статуту спортивного проєкту

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано зміст статуту спортивного проєкту як правової складової та одного з основних документів в управлінні спортивними проєктами; розкрито особливості розробки статуту спортивного проєкту, умови визначення мети та завдань спортивного проєкту (життєвого циклу спортивного проєкту), ключових зацікавлених сторін, бюджету, графіку розробки, впровадження та загального напрямку спортивного проєкту, забезпечуючи важливу основу для етапного управління та контролю за ефективною реалізацією спортивного проєкту; проаналізовано початкові етапи розробки статуту спортивного проєкту (умови призначення менеджера проєкту та його обов’язки, зв’язок спортивного проєкту з бізнес-показниками, особливості затвердження та фінансування проєкту, склад команди та обов’язки кожного учасника спортивного проєкту, очікування від реалізації спортивного проєкту та ін.); визначено особливості покрокового керівництва розробки статуту спортивного проєкту.The article describes the content of the sports project charter as a legal component and one of the main documents in sports project management; reveals the features of developing a sports project charter, the conditions for determining the goals and objectives of a sports project (the life cycle of a sports project), key stakeholders, budget, development schedule, implementation and general direction of a sports project, providing an important basis for phased management and control over the effective implementation of a sports project; analyzes the initial stages of developing a sports project charter (terms of appointment of a project manager and his responsibilities, the relationship of a sports project with business indicators, features of project approval and financing, team composition and responsibilities of each sports project participant, expectations from the implementation of a sports project, etc.); reveals the features of developing the concept and scope of a sports project, establishing a strategic framework for the project, focusing on operational details and logistics of sports project management. The article indicates the specificity of the regional development of the status of a sports project (identification of key goals and objectives of a sports project, development of technical requirements related to the implementation plan of a sports project, identification of potential problem areas, Conducting risk assessments to identify potential problems.
