Переоцінка Сьорена К'єркегора в екзистенціальній теології Говарда Слейта

Abstract

У статті висвітлюється процес переосмислення творчості Сьорена Кєркегора Г. Слейтом. Аналізуються його праці, у яких автор піднімає питання значущості поглядів К’єркегора для оновлення християнської культури. Розглядається імплементація методології екзистенціалізму в сучасну християнську теологію. Розкриваються особливості розуміння “парадоксу” як методологічного елементу екзистенціальної діалектики та його значення для інтерпретації символічної та міфологічної мови Біблії.The process of rethinking of Soren Kierkegaard Howard Slaatte’s creativity is analyzed in the article. Are researched his works, in which the author raises the question of the significance of Kierkegaard’s views to update the Christian culture. Are examined the implementation of the methodology of existentialism in modern Christian theology. Are depicted the peculiarities of understanding of the “paradox” as a methodological element of existential dialectic and its importance for the interpretation of the mythological and symbolic language of the Bible.
