Abstract
У статті розглядається віковий період юнаків з 14–17 років для визначення закономірностей розвитку їх координаційних здібностей. Мета статті – науково обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити ефективність методики розвитку координаційних здібностей засобами футзалу юнаків 9–11 класів на уроках фізичної культури. У рамках дослідження проведено педагогічний експеримент для визначення організаційно-методичних основ цілеспрямованого розвитку координаційних здібностей засобами футзалу. Запропонована методика оптимізації процесу вдосконалення координаційних здібностей юнаків 9–11 класів засобами футзалу на уроках фізичної культури інтегрує засоби футзалу в урочні, позакласні і позашкільні форми занять.
The modern education system and its requirements for physical education of students aged 14–17, when significant morphofunctional changes occur, require a high level of coordination readiness. The article examines the age period of young men from 14 to 17 years to determine the patterns of development of their coordination abilities. The scientific and methodological literature is currently dominated by classical, sometimes outdated approaches to the development of coordination abilities, which focus on simple exercises and do not take into account modern knowledge about sensitive periods and the complex nature of coordination. The purpose of the article is to scientifically substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of the developed methodology for developing coordination abilities using futsal for boys in grades 9–11 in physical education lessons. The age period of young men from 14 to 17 years is characterized by high sensitivity to improving movement coordination, which emphasizes the importance of targeted pedagogical influence in this direction. As part of the study, a pedagogical experiment was conducted to determine the organizational and methodological foundations of the targeted development of coordination abilities using futsal and to prove its effectiveness in physical education lessons. In boys aged 14–17, coordination abilities move from quantitative accumulation (as in younger age) to qualitative improvement. This is the time when the ability to manage force and time (differentiation), and make quick decisions in motion (restructuring) are most crucial for athletic success. A methodology for optimizing the process of improving the coordination abilities of young men in grades 9–11 is proposed futsal equipment in physical education lessons integrates futsal equipment into classroom, extracurricular and after-school forms of classes.
